DK M-Tech succeeded in obtaining the 4th "Korea Service Quality Certification (SQ)", organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and operated by the Korea Service Promotion Association, in Dec 12.
Korea Service Quality Certification (SQ Certification) is a system that objectively evaluates and certifies high-quality services. It is a certification that can only be obtained after passing both the on-site evaluation of the evaluation committee composed of experts from all walks of life and the rigorous review process of the Certification Committee.
DK M-Tech achieved high scores in 7 evaluation parts, leadership, Service quality strategy, Customer Information Management System, A/S Promotion System & Operation, Customer Contact Service Operation Management., Human Resource Management, and Service Management performance.
