DK M Tech held an executive meeting of department heads to review the first quarter.



Participants covered various customer support methods currently planned and underway. They also reviewed the schedule and current status of internal system development related to this purpose.
Both on-site service related factors that approach customers, listen to and reflect voices and opinions of the customers, and internal factors that systematically classify and synthesize collected content to establish and implement an implementation strategy to a better level were considered.

The main focus was on how to use the current platform more actively and which aspect of platform needed to be expanded. Quality of content quality was also reviewed such as guidance on the entire process of information and services that will help customers. Ideas such as selecting and listing the most frequently asked questions and providing notifications according to the service process were discussed in various aspects.

CEO Yeong-moon, Cha said “Looking at the series of contents shared today, we once again considered about higher-level services and constantly developing company. Perhaps all the department heads present felt the same way.” He also called for attention and cooperation from the entire company, saying, "These are not the issues that can be achieved only by specific employee or a specific department, but issues that should be considered together and approached by all executives and employees with their own insights."
