DK M-Tech Co., Ltd. announced that it has achieved the Korea Service Quality Excellence Certification (SQ, Service Quality) for the fifth consecutive time, following the final deliberation of the SQ Certification Review Committee held on November 28 by the Korea Service Promotion Association. The official certificate award ceremony was held on December 18. The Korea Service Quality Excellence Certification (SQ) is a certification system that objectively evaluates the level of service quality provided by companies and recognizes those with outstanding performance. The certification is granted through a rigorous process based on evaluation indicators developed by the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. The process includes document review, on-site evaluations by professional assessors, mystery shopper assessments, and final deliberation by the certification committee. This year’s evaluation was conducted across seven key areas: leadership, service quality strategy, customer information management systems, after-sales service (A/S) operation and management, customer touchpoint service operation management, human resource management, and service management performance. DK M-Tech received excellent evaluations in all categories, securing its fifth consecutive certification following previous certifications in 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2022, with the certification now extended through 2025.
