CCM Certificate Award Ceremony of Dong Kang M-Tech was held on June 10 at El Tower in Seoul.

Hunsup Lim, head of the customer support center, received a certificate as a representative, and Byungjin Lee, director of the operation management, and Hyojeong Kim assistant manager of the customer support center, also celebrated.

CCM stands for Consumer Centered Management, which is a system evaluated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission to see if a company's management is centered on consumers.

Dong Kang M-Tech, which considers providing services that satisfy consumens as an important value and has established a system for planning and implementing consumer-centered management, announced that it will establish a more continuous and systematic system and management strategy through this certification.

Hunsup Lim, head of the customer support center, who led the entire process for certification from TFT composition to screening and certification, said, "CCM certification was possible because there was full support and cooperation at the company level. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff who have joined me. Dong Kang M-Tech internally had an opportunity to recheck and supplement the system of customer support services through this certification.
I would like to develop what we have been doing well in the past and actively use what we have learned through this experience in our future work. We will always think from the perspective of customers and become Dong Kang M-Tech, which aims to satisfy customers first."
