DK M Tech department heads held a meeting to review the first quarter of 2021. This meeting was held to share performance achieved in first quarter and to remind major issues within the quarter.

As Covid-19 has affected everyday life for more than a year, habits that have been familiar with the work environment have been no longer valid. For example, as domestic and foreign human communication has not been smooth due to shutdowns or social distancing, the frequency of using non-face-to-face methods such as online video conferencing for work has increased greatly. Consequently, participants in the meeting discussed ways to consider diversifying channels and develop an eye for industry and the future based on their experiences over the past year.



Byung-Jin Lee, Director of Admin Dept. mentioned, “If the channel is expanded in terms of work, additional resources may be added compared to the time and resources previously required for managing and processing tasks. Thus, the path itself needs to be diversified, but at the same time, the process needs to be simpler and clearer.”

Yeong-Mun Cha, the CEO& President specified, “It would be a meaningful if we could apply cases and market flows of other industries that have grown rapidly, to the marine industry and establish response strategies in advance.” He also added, “In particular, the marine industry has an environment that is in contact with various innovations and the potential to develop, so its growth potential is endless. It is also a topic that we need to continuously think about, to tightly knit DK M Tech's value chain based on that and deliver it to customers.”
