Customer Service Center (CSC) hold division workshop from January 26th to 27th at the Daejeon R&D Center.

All CSC engineers from head office, Daejeon R&D Center, Busan Office and Gunsan Factory gathered together and covered various issues of the customer center to have successful year.

Starting with consultation about the C-MAP – own developed system - utilization plan, the participants spent time and effort to discuss about the better service process and internal system check during the workshop.

In particular, as DK M-Tech aims for transforming into better group by supporting individuals to learn and grow this year, the participants discussed how to improve individual competence and customer management.

“We had spent the first day of the workshop thinking about how successfully could we spent this year,” said Hunsup Lim, the head of CSC. He also added, “The second day was wrapped up with a casual climbing as a refreshment. I enjoyed the entire schedule.”
