DK M Tech held an executive meeting of department heads to look back on the year.
The meeting was consisted of review the achievements of 2021, announce goals for 2022, and establish strategies and measures to achieve them.

Following 2020, 2021 was also a difficult year to predict in business due to market liquidity and restrictions which are derived from various situations and environmental changes, and the emergence of various variables accordingly. This year, according to the original goal, various methods were attempted in terms of business structure and manpower utilization, resulting in a closer investigation for new opportunities.



CEO Yeong-moon, Cha delivered a simple general review of the year, cited "fastness" as a keyword for 2022. He said “Organizations with agility challenge without fear of change, attempts, and try out. It is the state that we should follow and aim at. Therefore, the organization responds quickly to any environment and eventually makes a better choice," he stressed, asking for development at the individual and even organizational level.
