DK M Tech executives had held a meeting of the second quarter. Participants reviewed the economic status caused by the prolonged COVID-19 and internal performances of the second quarter. Participants discussed the direction that DK M Tech should prepare and proceed further at this meeting.



“As economic uncertainty continues to dampen consumer sentiment and corporate sentiment slows down, we need to take measures to commercialize core technologies based on what we can do best.” He also noted, “The overall movement and trends of the marine industry should be also followed without any delay such as carbon neutrality, marine plastic pollution issue, digitalization, transformation and innovation of industry-wide.” Yeong-Mun Cha, the CEO, said at the start of the meeting.

Participants analyzed the cases of companies that have made great progress through active business transformation and improvement with new growth engines in the COVID-19 era, and those that have failed to respond properly to ever-changing markets and industries. Through this case analysis, participants applied their mind to adaption for the internal and external environment and establish strategies aimed at flexible expansion of business itself and the other components such as target, goal, purpose, environment, etc.

Executives agreed that they would continue to try to find a way out through various challenges, both large and small. The efforts for better, advanced business environment is also emphasized once again. In addition to focusing on areas of market level, it has decided to push for more specific access to areas through detailed planning, that DK M Tech can do and able to do well.
